  • 2 carrots, Medium washed & peeled
  • 2 zucchini, Small washed

Lentil Bolognaise Sauce

  • 1 can lentils, Rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • fresh basil
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 can tomato paste

Recipe's preparation

    Vegetable Spirals
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. 1- Make vegetable spirals (will require a veggie spiraliser) 

    2- Fill mixing bowl Closed lid with 1L of water 

    3- Place spirals in Varoma Tray 

    4- Steam until soft Varoma Temp-Speed 2-approx 12mins

  3. Lentil Bolognaise Sauce
  4. 1- Place onion, basil, garlic in mixing bowl Closed lid chop- speed 5- 5sec. Scrape down sides. 

    2- Add 10g olive oil sauté 3mintues- Varoma Temp- speed 2

    3- Add diced tomato's, tomato paste. If you wish for less chunky consistency chop 4secs-speed 5 or until desired. 

    4- Add lentils cook 15mins-speed 2- Counter-clockwise operation- 100deg

    5- Mix in a bowl with Spirals garnish with Salt, Pepper  & Parmesan cheese

Tip

Can use nornal pasta if you wish or use tomato purée if you want a runnier consistency
