main meal polenta- millet heads

  • 100 g millet
  • 50 g polenta
  • 700 g water
  • 1 tbsp stock concentrade
  • some oil
  • mixed veggies e.g.Zucchini,tomatoes,capsicum,eggplant,leek.beans.mushrooms
  • some dill,leek,tomatoes,onion,curry for the sauce

Recipe's preparation

    little polenta-millet heads
  1. Place the millet in the TM bowl. Add some water until covered.

  2. Wash it on speed 2-3 for 1-2 min on revers, strain it through the basket.

  3. Put the millet back into the bowl and add the polenta

  4. Add the stock concentrate and water

  5. Place the veggies in the Varoma and if necessary also in the tray and set it up on the TM. Steam for 25 min on Varoma temperature on speed1-2 and on revers.

  6. After finnishing the steaming place the veggies on a platter or direct on everyones plate. Form little heads out of the millet and polenta.Prepare a sauce out of the sauce ingredients. You can garnish the "heads" with a little bit of shredded cheese
