- 2 clove garlic
- 1 carrot, Peeled & chopped
- 1 zucchini, Chopped
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
- 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200C and lightly grease a loaf pan
2. Chop Garlic for 3 sec on speed 8
3. Add Carrot & Zucchini and chop for 10sec on speed 5
4. Add Bread and chop into soft breadcrumbs on speed 7 for 3-4 sec
5. Add Nutolene and chop for 10 sec on speed 7
6. Add Eggs, Oregano and Salt and blend on speed 4 for 7-10 sec
7. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and bake for 40mins or until golden and firm.
Set aside for cooling before slicing

The consistency didn't work
The consistency didn't work at all for me. Just turned to mush. Will have to try it again. I'll use less garlic next time.

Sounds yum, will give it a try, thought maybe i might make a lovely tomatoe sauce to pour over upon serving. I have no trouble getting nutolene either.... i get mine from Better Books and Food in Coorongbong.

l haven't had any trouble getting nutolene in coles and at the Adventist book centre Melbourne hope that helps.

are you sure they don't make nutolene anymore l haven't had any trouble getting it. in fact i have 10 cans in my pantry. bought in melbourne late December. I'm going to try this recipe for tea tonight. It sounds really nice.
