- 1-2 Avocados
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 10-15 small leaves basil
- to taste himalyan salt
- 2-4 Zuchinis
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
Recipe is created for
Zoodles. Using a spiraliser, spiralise the zuchinis leaving the skin on. Add the lime juice to the zoodles and leave to sit for 1 hour - this allows the zoodles to soften a little (if you are time poor then just skip this process it still tastes delicious!)
Add avocados, apple cider vinegar, basil and salt to TM Bowl. Blend until smooth stopping a few times to scrap the sauce from the sides - you may need to add a little water to get a runnier consistency.
If your zoodles are very wet just pat them dry with a tea towel or paper towel before adding sauce.Quick, easy and DELCIOUS!
