Raw Avocado Zoodle Vegan Pasta

Creamy Avocado Sauce

  • 1-2 Avocados
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 10-15 small leaves basil
  • to taste himalyan salt


  • 2-4 Zuchinis
  • 1 Lime (Juiced)

Recipe's preparation

    Raw Avocado Zoodle Pasta
  1. Zoodles. Using a spiraliser, spiralise the zuchinis leaving the skin on. Add the lime juice to the zoodles and leave to sit for 1 hour - this allows the zoodles to soften a little (if you are time poor then just skip this process it still tastes delicious!)  

  2. Add avocados, apple cider vinegar, basil and salt to TM Bowl. Blend until smooth stopping a few times to scrap the sauce from the sides - you may need to add a little water to get a runnier consistency.

  3. If your zoodles are very wet just pat them dry with a tea towel or paper towel before adding sauce.Quick, easy and DELCIOUS!
