Raw 'spaghetti'

  • 1 zucchini

tomato 'bolognese'

  • 1/3 cup --- walnuts
  • 65 gram Sundried Tomatos
  • 2 tomatos, quatered
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • pinch salt and pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Raw spaghetti
  1. 1. using a sprilizer, create noodles with the zucchini 

    2. when ready to serve run under warm water and pat dry with paper towel. making sure to take out all of the water

  2. tomato 'bolognese'
  3. 3. add walnuts to TM. Sp6 2 secs. Set aside

    4. add garlic to TM. Chop Sp5 8 secs. scrape sides

    5. add remaning ingridents. Chop Sp5 8 secs

    6. add reserved walnuts. Mix Sp5 1sec

    7. Cook 37 degrees 2 mins

    8. serve on top of warmed zucchini noodles

Tip

if you dont like it to spicy maybe use 1/4 teaspooon or even a pinch of cayenne pepper
