Recipe's preparation

    Risotto
  1. Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop 2-3 seconds on speed 6-7

  2. Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100 degc on speed 1

  3. Add beans and tomatos and puree for 30 seconds on speed 6

  4. Add rice and cook for 3 minutes at 100 degc Counter-clockwise operationreverse + Gentle stir settingsoft speed

  5. Add TM veg stock and fill with water to the max level cook for 15 minutes on 100 degc Gentle stir settingsoft speed

Tip

This goes great over a crumbed chicken brest, sprinkled with cheese as a Chicken Parmigiana.
