      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Put all ingredients into Closed lid starting with the dry ingredients first.

    2. Mix on Dough mode for 6 minutes until dough has a silky look to it.

    3. Remove from bowl and set aside until ready to roll out  **dough does not need to proove

  2. Filling
  3. 4. In a Closed lid add chopped silverbeat, crumbled fetta (any kind that you like, I use danish), diced onion, diced tomato, egg, salt and pepper

    5. Mix on Gentle stir setting  on speed 1.5 until all ingredients combined (but not broken down

  4. Assembly
  5. 6. Divide dough into 6 portions (you can do bigger portions, I keep mine small as I only have a small sandwich press

    7. Roll out a peice of dough until about 1 mil thick and add some filling (I use about 1 handfull) on one half of the dough

    8. Fold dough over and press down edges removing any air from the pouch as you go.

    9. Cook gozleme on a sandwich press, hot pan or bbq until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with lemon wedges or yoghurt as a dip!

Simple, budget friendly and beyond delish!

Dough: added 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Filling: 1 bunch silverbeet chopped, 1/2 onion diced, 160g danish feta, 90g 3 cheese blend, salt & pepper. Combined in TM5 spd 5.

Cooked in fry pan with a spray of EVOO

    Served with fresh lemon wedges.

    Winner Winner. Thank you!

Great receipe. We left out the onion and reduced the salt by 1/2. The youngest had plain spinach and feta, the rest of us added some Harissa paste which made the flavour amazing. thanks, kids agreed to this as a regular vegetarian option

Hi, thats such a shame to hear! Do you mean that the dough kept ripping when you were trying to fold it over? Try using a bit more flour and rolling it slightly thicker. Make sure your pan is quite hot when frying them as well, and maybe some oil/spray oil!  Cooking 10
