Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion in quartered
  2. 5 sec/ speed 7
  3. Add oil spray
  4. Add pumpkin
  5. 5 min/ 120c/speed 0.5 MC on
    Gentle stir settingClosed lid
  6. Add red curry paste
  7. Add chicken stock paste
  8. Add water
  9. 10min/ varoma/ speed 0.5 MC off splash gaurd on
  10. 20min/100c/speed 0.5 MC off splash gaurd on
  11. 20 sec/speed 4.5 MC on
  12. Add light coconut milk
  13. Garnish with coriander
  14. Serve immediately
