Thai flavoured Pumpkin soup

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

- Place onion in quartered
- 5 sec/ speed 7
- Add oil spray
- Add pumpkin
- 5 min/ 120c/speed 0.5 MC on
"Gentle stir setting" "Closed lid" - Add red curry paste
- Add chicken stock paste
- Add water
- 10min/ varoma/ speed 0.5 MC off splash gaurd on
- 20min/100c/speed 0.5 MC off splash gaurd on
- 20 sec/speed 4.5 MC on
- Add light coconut milk
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve immediately
