    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place celery, carrot pieces, brown onion halves, garlic and herbs into mixing bowl and chop 5-7 sec/speed 7.  Scrape downs sides of bowl.

    Add lentils, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes/100 C/Counter-clockwise operation speed 1.

    Add red wine, pasta sauce and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes /100C/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 1. 

    Mix ingredients in bowl and cook for another 3 minutes/100C/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 1. 

    Optional - Mix through 160g black pitted olives by hand if desired.
