  • 200 g Tasty Cheese cubed
  • 2-3 chicken thighs cubed
  • 300 g Pasta of choice (shell, spiral, penne)
  • 1000 g water
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp oil to fry
  • 1 onion large
  • 3 piece of salami
  • 1 level tbsp plain flour
  • 3/4 tsp chilli flakes

Recipe's preparation

      1. Add cheese to TM bowl and grate 5secs, speed 8 – set aside
      2. Place cubed chicken thighs into the varoma
      3. Add water to TM bowl and cook for 10mins, varoma temperature, speed 2
      4. Add pasta into TM basket and add to TM bowl. Cook for 15mins, varoma temperature, speed 4
      5. Once cooked place the pasta into an oven proof dish followed by the chicken pieces spread across the pasta and discard water in TM bowl
      6. Pre-heat oven to 200degrees fan forced
      7. Add garlic, chilli and onions to TM bowl and chop on 4 sec, speed 10
      8. Add oil and saute for 2 mins, 100degrees, speed 1
      9. Add mushrooms to TM bowl and chop for 4secs, speed 8
      10. Add flour, soy sauce and cream to TM bowl and cook for 5 mins, 100degrees, speed 3
      11. Pour Chilli Mushroom Sauce over the pasta & chicken
      12. Top with grated cheese and cook for 15mins or till cheese is brown
