  • We loved this!...

    We loved this!
I made it with about 500g of prawn meat, frozen peas and coconut cream as we are lactose intolerant. It was lovely. Although next time i will reduce the chilli flakes, it was a little spicy for my kids. (perfect for me though). I will definitely be making this again.

    Submitted by wishbear72 on 21. October 2016 - 12:21.

So yumm, I needed more liquid and used peas and frozen prawns. I forgot the cheese but with the extra garlic I threw in it was still full of flavour.

My amature showed though. I used prawns with tails on, so had lovely crackly tail skins all through it. Ha ha lesson learned!!!

I cooked this last night and it was amazing. Just one thing though I followed all of the steps and when I tipped it out at the end the bottom of the bowl was burnt. Do you know why this would have happened. I have only had my TM for a week so not sure.
