So delicious. I used fresh lasagne sheets halved and rolled up the ricotta mix. I also added chopped up fresh basil leaves to the sauce. Extra sauce leftover so I used that to make a veggie pasta sauce to have over spiral pasta on another night, freezes very well. Thank you for posting x

Really easy. I didn't make the tomato sauce as I already had some to use up. Spinach mixture piped well into the tubes and there was plenty left over to make tarts with puff pastry. I added garlic and herbs.

Huge hit. I tweaked for our tastes, more garlic, bay leaves etc. used fresh lasagne sheets cut in half long ways and rolled.
I found using speed 6 to combine cheeses (I used feta, ricotta and Parmesan) and spinach too fast, pulverised spinach/silver beet, so let set harder in fridge before working with it.
Delicious, thanks for recipe.

Fantastic meal. I used a 1kilo basket of ricotta (from Aldi) so I doubled the sauce also. Added a little bit of red wine, stock and herbs to the sauce. I bought 2 packs of cannelloni tubes and this made 2 large meals. Thank you . One meal for tonight and the other for the freezer.

YUM!!!! I added half a bunch of basil leaves to the sauce as it cooked (after reading other comments) and gave it a quick blitz at speed 5 to chop them smaller once it was cooked.
Loved the filling - easy and so yum! Having a second bowl definitely came in handy, and I will be making this one again for sure!! Hubby loved it, and even my 2 younger picky eaters enjoyed it! Absolute winner in our house, thanks for sharing!!

Thx Stompy. I havn't looked at this recipe for ages. I posted it years ago and TM seems to have changed this site so all the images are mixed up and not with the appropriate step;/
I use grated cheese that I do once a week in a big batch and have it in a contatiner in the fridge because I use it for so many things.
I suppose every oven is different. The times I have quoted work perfectly for my Cannaloni and the cheese I use.
I have a TM31 so maybe if you have the new TM the chopping of the spinich takes less time
Tasted great and my family
Tasted great and my family loved it.
It was easy to make, but took me quite a while to make all the components and assemble it all.
Some other feedback:
- I found the spinach only needed about 5 seconds of chopping time (there was no way it needed 15 secs!)
- When baking, I put the aluminium foil over for first 30 mins (as specificed in the recipe), but then it needed much more than 10 mins to brown up the cheese on top - maybe about another 25 mins (and I turned the oven up to 220 degrees once the foil was off). Next time I would leave the foil off for the first 30 mins or so, then put foil on for the last 10-30 mins to stop it over-browning on top.
I suggest that you could improve the formatting of the recipe steps to make it easier to read:
- add sub-headings for the steps, eg. step 1 'making the sauce' and step 2 "making the filling" and step 3 "assembling" or something like that.
- add a step just before chopping the spinach to pre-grate the cheddar cheese (150g) in the thermomix (although it is in the ingredients list, it would be helpful to have this as a recipe step too, in case you have forgotten to organise grated cheese at the start!)
