Variation Savoury Mince
- 450 grams Mixed vegetables such as carrot, sweet potatoes, and onion, Use the Thermomix slicer
- 20 grams Avocado Oil, Avocado oil or similar
- 400 grams can tomatoes
- to taste salt & pepper, as liked
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 level tsp organic stock powder or similer
- 350 grams water
- 500 gram Mince Steak, Mixed pork and beef
- 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon cornflour, mixed wth a little water

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Weigh in aprox 450 already grated mixed vegetables add 20 g oil and sauté for 3 minutes 100° Speed 1
2. Season with salt and pepper, add Worcestershire sauce, and stock (if using).
3. Add can of Tomatoes and water.
4. Add 500 g mince steak and incorporate with your spatula.
4. Cook for 20 minutes 100° REVERSE and Speed 1. Check after 20 mins and cook for a few more minutes if needed (ie vegetables too crunchy)
5. Take lid off TM - add tomato sauce, and using spatula, quickly stir in cornflour. Replace lid and cook for 1 minute REVERSE and Speed 1.
Method: Use the Thermomix grater for all vegetables
