For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius (fan forced). Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm pan with baking paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter in TM bowl on 80 degrees, speed 2 for 3 minutes (or until completely melted). Allow to cool slightly.
- Add the eggs, milk, plain flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, raw sugar and mix on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat for a further 5 seconds or until completely combined.
- Add the walnuts and milk chocolate bits and mix on Reverse, speed 3 for 8 seconds. Repeat until completely incorporated.
- Poor mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until crunch on top and cooked through when tested with a skewer. Allow to cool in pan before cutting into slices
