Gluten free crepes

  • 110 grams GF plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 230 g Milk
  • vegetable oil, To cook

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl.
  2. Mix 20 seconds, speed 5 Closed lid
  3. Scrape down bowl, Closed lid 8 seconds, speed 4.
  4. Heat frying pan, add 1t of oil, add approx 2T of batter and lift and tilt pan to spread as much as possible.
  5. Fry for about 1 minute, flip for a further 20-30 seconds.
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all batter is used.
