If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place destoned Apricots and Pineapple to "Closed lid" .
Mix for (10) Secondson on Speed (9).
Add Sugar And Pineapple Juice And mix for (20Seconds) on Speed (7)
Remove half of the mixture and set aside for a second batch
insets the simmering basket and lid Without the Measuring cup and set to (veroma) for (40) Minutes on speed (2)
Jar the jam in sterilized jar's
wash "Closed lid" and repeat the prosses with the rest of the mixture set aside
