Artichoke Dip
- 180 g Parmasen, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
- half Red spanish onion
- 500 - 600 g marinated artichokes, drained, 1 large jar or 2 smaller jars
- 140 g mayonaise, Home made or S&W brand
- 140 g Sourcream
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- dash smoked paprika, for garnish
- small bunch Continental Parsley, roughly hand chopped for garnish
Recipe's preparation
Pre heat Oven to 180°C
Place Parmasen Cheese into bowl and grate for 8 sec / sp 9
Add garlic and onion and chop 5 sec / Sp 4
Add drained artichoked and pulse 1 sec / 2-3 times to retain rough texture
Add Mayonaise, Sour cream, tabasco and mix 5 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" / sp 4
Transfer to a couple of shallow dishes or 1 large shallow dish, sprinkle with smaoked paprika and bake for 20 - 30mins.
You will smell it when it's cooked.
Garnish with Parsely
Serve warm or cool with turkish bread, chips or crackers
