      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add sugar and mill 10 seconds.

    2. Add lemon peel ( peeled with peeler) and mill a further 10 seconds.

    3. Add remaining ingredients. 5 seconds, speed 7.

    4. Cook 10 minutes, 98 degrees @ speed 4.

    5. Curd is complete when it coats the back of a spoon.

    6. Store in jars or containers in the fridge.

    Thank you for your feedback. The image you wish to upload should be less than 5MB. If it is larger than 5MB, the image will not upload to Recipe Community, as it exceeds the file size limit.

    If you are trying to upload a picture from a mobile device: unfortunately Recipe Community is not optimised for tablet/mobile, which is why you are experiencing these issues. Recipe Community should be working normally on your desktop/laptop computer. Please let us know if it doesn't and we will report this to the technical team.
