Dip

  • 5 med-sml Raw Beetroot Peeled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 70 grams cashews (raw or toasted)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon horseradish cream
  • 15ml extra virgin oilive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Beetroot Dip
  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and blend for 1 min, speed 7.

     

     

  2. Scrape down sides of the bowl and blend again for 30 sec, speed 7.

     

  3. serve with crackers, torn crusty bread and vegtable sticks

    Enjoy
