Beetroot Hummus

  • 500 grams Roasted Beetroot
  • 3 tablespoons unhulled tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Evo Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seaweed salt

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

  1. Peel and quarter the roasted beetroot

    Place all ingredients into Thermomix and process 5-10 seconds speed 8

    Transfer to serving bowl
