Sensational dressing and could not be easier. I crumbled my cheese as I put it in, no lumps, perfect consistency. My new go to favourite. Thanks

Easy recipe. Makes a bit so you can put it in the fridge around use by dates or half quantity. The depth of blue cheese is up to your taste, so choose that accordingly.

We are huge blue cheese fans, so this was just what I was looking for. Simple ingredients but less is more I say. I made this sauce to go with my beetroot salad, it was amazing. Everyone loved it! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, I was looking for
Thank you, I was looking for something to go with my prawns and steak. This was easy to make. I'd suggest giving it a bit of a stir mid through heating up so that all of the sauce is melted evenly, there were more solid bits of sour cream around the edges of the Thermie. I love that it's only got 5 ingredients.
