Blue Cheese (Ranch) dressing

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 150 grams sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

    Chop Garlic clove 2-3 seconds/Speed 7
  1. Add blue cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

    mix 30 seconds/Speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Cook for 2mins/60degrees/Speed 1.

    Easy recipe. Makes a bit so you can put it in the fridge around use by dates or half quantity. The depth of blue cheese is up to your taste, so choose that accordingly.

    Thank you, I was looking for something to go with my prawns and steak. This was easy to make. I'd suggest giving it a bit of a stir mid through heating up so that all of the sauce is melted evenly, there were more solid bits of sour cream around the edges of the Thermie. I love that it's only got 5 ingredients.

    Glad that you liked the sauce. I didn't find it uneven, maybe temp of sour cream might make a difference tmrc_emoticons.)

    We are huge blue cheese fans, so this was just what I was looking for. Simple ingredients but less is more I say. I made this sauce to go with my beetroot salad, it was amazing. Everyone loved it! Thanks for sharing.
