Sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 170 grams light sour cream
- 120 grams Mayonnaise - made from Every Day Cookbook
- 180 grams blue cheese
- 40 grams lemon juice
Recipe's preparation
Place garlic in bowl 2 sec/sp 6. Scrape down sides
Add remaining ingredients into bowl and blend 5 sec/sp 6. Scrape down side and blend again 5 sec/ sp 6 or until the consistency you like.

Tip
Great served with Buffalo Wings.
Recipe can be doubled, just blend a little longer until desired consistency.

Good Blue Cheese Sauce. I used it with the Sticky Bourbon Wings as a dipping sauce.
This sauce was really yummy
This sauce was really yummy and even though I altered the amounts of each ingredient (as didn't want a huge amount of this sauce) it was still perfectly balanced. If you like blue cheese add a bit more than the 180g for that real tang!
