      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill the parmesan for 10 secs on speed 10 and put a side.

Poor the water into the bowl

Place the broccolli florets and garlic clove into the simmering basket and insert into bowl and cook for 20 mins, Varoma, speed 2.

When finished, empty the water and place the broccolli and garlic clove into the bowl along with the remaining ingredients.  Mix on speed 6 for 20 secs.  Scrape the bowl and mix again if needed.

Serve as a dip with vegetable sticks or crackers.

Mix through pasta for a basic dish; or

Server along side meat dishes for additional flavour.
