- 4 button mushrooms, – halved
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Basil leaves
- 1 tbsp TM Veg stock
- 1 tbsp water

Place all ingredients in TM bowl and sauté for 5 mins, 100 deg, speed 3.
Once cooked, place dial to closed lid position and pulse on Turbo 2 – 3times to create a chunky sauce.
Enjoy over cooked pasta, steak or use as a tasty relish!
