  • 4 Roma tomatoes, – halved
  • 4 button mushrooms, – halved
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp TM Veg stock
  • 1 tbsp water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and sauté for 5 mins, 100 deg, speed 3.

    Once cooked, place dial to closed lid position and pulse on Turbo 2 – 3times to create a chunky sauce.

    Enjoy over cooked pasta, steak or use as a tasty relish!

    This sauce is best kept chunky
