Cannellini and Baby Spinach Dip

Ingredients

Dip ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 420 gram Can of Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 100 grams baby spinach
  • 20 grams fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic clove into Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.


    Place spinach leaves in bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 6, then add all remaining ingredients into bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 5.

Tip

Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

    Thanks for the additional tip guys to add a little extra oil to help it keep a bit longer.  This dip is also GREAT added over some cooked pasta as a quick and simple meal.

    Yummy.  I added about 2 teaspoons of olive oil just to make it keep a little better to take to a party.  thanks for the recipe.
