Dip

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 red capsicum, approx. 100g (seeds removed)
  • 1 yellow peach, stone removed, skin on (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Pommegranate Molasses
  • 250 g cream cheese

Recipe's preparation

    Dip
  1. With blades turning, drop garlic clove into bowl and chop 10 seconds/ speed 7.  Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add capsicum, peach, orange juice and molasses.   Cook with MC off  for 5 mins /100 degrees / Speed 2, or until softened.  

  3. Mix 30 seconds, speed 7 (slowly increasing speed from 1 to 7).  Transfer to separate bowl and allow to cool.

  4. With butterfly in place, return mixture to TM bowl, add Cream Cheese and mix for 1 minute on Speed 4, stop part way through and scrape down sides of bowl.
