Lovely dip. I'm not usually a big fan of hommus but needed a high protein snack so gave this a go and it was very tasty.  I also cooked the carrots and garlic at Varoma temp for 4 mins and the carrots still had a bit of crunch but added a nice texture.  tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Made this last night in a few

    Submitted by annebarnes on 11. February 2013 - 09:29.

Made this last night in a few minutes. I cooked the carrot & garlic at Varoma Temp. becauser it takes a while for T/X to get to 100oC with cold carrots from the fridge. It is a very nice dip. Taking it to morning tea in a few minutes. The cummin is quite strong, for those who like a little bit of cummin taste I would add one tsp, but for me, 2 are fine.

    Nice recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
