Recipe's preparation

    Celery Leaf & Almond Pesto
  1. Place parmesan in TM bowl & grate for 5 seconds, speed 8.Place the rest of the ingredients in for 8 seconds, speed 7. This has a much milder flavour than the traditional basil/pine nut combination so I found it great with my kids, an EXCELLENT way to use up those celery leaves instead of throwing them out

Surprisingly yummy and so easy! And a great way to put all those celery leaves to good use. Next time I'll add less salt and maybe add a squeeze of lemon. 5 stars!

This has become my favourite dip. I buy alot of celery to make crunchy salads in the thermomix and I like using the leaves in this dip. I sometimes use some parsley as well if I have it.

    Delish!
