Chilli-Sauce
- 100 g chillis, fresh
- 100 g Capsicum, red
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 --- onion
- 20 g oil
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (400g)
- 20 g malt vinegar
- 20 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch paprika
Recipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat grill to high setting. Cut off chilli stems and slice capsicum into pieces. Place on grilling tray and grill, turning often, until charred.
2. Place onion & garlic in TM bowl. Chop 4 secs/Sp 7
3. Add oil, saute with onion & garlic. 3 mins/Veroma/Sp 1
4. Add chillis and capsicum. Blend 4 secs/Sp 7
5. Scrape down sides & blend again 4 secs/Sp 7
6. Add remaining ingredients. Remove MC, basket lid on: 20 mins/100 deg/ Sp 2 *see tips
7. For desired consistency, blend 15 secs/Sp 7 slowlyincreasing speed.
8. Place into sterilised jars/bottles.
9. Enjoy!

Tip
To vary the hottness of the chilli it does cook out a little over time. Vary step 6 as per below:
HOT - 15 Mins
MEDIUM - 20 Mins
MILD - 30 to 40 Mins
