Cheesy Garlic Butter for pullapart or garlic bread

Ingredients

400 g

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 70 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 130 grams Tasty cheese
  • 200 grams Butter, (from basic cookbook, EDC or bought)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Peel garlic cloves and add to bowl. Mince on speed 7 for 3 seconds.

    2. Add Parmesan cheese (cut into about 4 cubes) and grate on speed 9 for 5 seconds.

    3. Add Tasty cheese (cut into about 8 pieces) and grate on speed 8 for 5 seconds.

    4. Add butter (cut into about 8 pieces) and mix on speed 7 for 20 seconds.

    5. Spread on your favourite bread or sliced up french stick or rolls and grill. Or you can put into scroll or a pull apart and cook for normal cooking time as per scroll recipe.

Tip

If you like a herb garlic butter, add some parsley etc at first step.

    This was a great recipe and made lots of butter. Would probably halve it next time or freeze the leftovers. I used it in a garlic herb bread and after that put it on sourdough or pane Di casa and put it under the griller. Keep an eye on it as the cheese could burn easily. Yum!

    This recipe is easy and fast and the results are amazing! Everyone in my family faved about it, simply added to left over bread rolls and placed in the oven on 200degrees Celsius for 5-10 mins to melt and serve immediately. thanks so much

    Thanks for such a great recipe. I added fresh parsley, added it with the cheese (oops). But that's okay, the kids loved it because we called it hulk cheesy garlic bread. (My neice and nephews had some too and have asked their mum to get the recipe off Aunty Lissa). They all thought it was awesome. I had also made some rolls the day before and wanted to use them, so this was perfect. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Yummy. Was a hit with the family. Added some fresh parsley, basil and chives. Also used a mixed 3 cheeses instead of just cheddar. Used a french stick, sliced it and wrapped in alfoil popped in oven 180c for 15mins.

    Best cheesy herb garlic butter that Ive EVER tasted. Was a hit - made a french stick and used this butter with parsley and basil from my mums garden added in at step 1. yummo!  Thanks heaps
