Cherry and Plum Jam

  • 800-1000 grams plums, Blood plums work well
  • 500 grams Cherries
  • 1 portion lemon juice, Juice of one lemon
  • 350 grams sugar

Recipe's preparation

    All in one quick Jam
  1. 1. Wash all fruit

    2. Remove pips of fruit

    3. Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl

    4. Set 20 minutes, Varoma, speed 1

    5. Pour into sterile jar.

Tip

This jam is delicious but uses less sugar, so consume within a few weeks, add more sugar if you need a longer storage.

ive also added chia seeds to different batches of this jam, the seeds swell so allow to cool before pouring into the jar.
