Chilli and garlic butter
- 250 g Salted butter
- 1 chilli
- 1 package fresh coriander inc roots, rinsed and dried
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 slices jared chargrilled capsicum

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place corriander into the bowl and chop speed 8/ 10 seconds, scrape down.
2. add garlic clove and chilli and chop speed 8/ 10 seconds.
3. place in capsicum and butter cubbed and mix speed 5 for 30 seconds, scrpae down and repeat.
4. Once all mixed in place in the middle of a baking sheet and wrap and roll into a sausage shape. Store in the freezer and take a slcie when needed

Tip
This is a fantastic thing on cooked meat like chicken. fish or steam. Allow to sit ontop while meat is resting and melt in as a flavour.
