  • 1/2 red wine vinegar, 1/2 Cup
  • 1 level tsp sea salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot, coppped
  • 1 pieces chilli, red, fresh, Hot Chillies
  • 3/4 extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 cup
  • 1/4 parsley leaf, fresh, 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 fresh coriander, leaves and stalks, 1/2 cup
  • 1 pinches oregano, fresh
  • 1 pinches pepper, black, ground
  • 1 pinches ground sweet paprika

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add garlic. oregano and shallot into TM Bowl and chop on speed 9/6 Seconds.

    Scrape sides of Closed lid

    Add Coriander and parsley to TM Bowl and chop speed 7/5 Seconds.

    Add salt and pepper and paprika and scrape sides of

    Add red wine venegar and Gentle stir settingSpeed 2/5 Seconds.

    Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.

    This is great on steaks!
