  • 100mL extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • pinch cracked pepper

    1. Combine all ingredients in Thermomix 8 sec/speed 6 and blitz to form paste.
