  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ onion, halved
  • 2 Red Chillis, chopped
  • 1–2 sprig parsley, fresh
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 600 g crushed tomatoes
  • 50 g dry sherry
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 800 sprig basil, fresh
  • 800 g Marinara Mix

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic, onion, chilli and parsley into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

    2. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula, add oil and sauté for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

    3. Add chopped tomatoes, sherry, Basil, salt and pepper and cook for 25 minutes at 100°C on Counter-clockwise operationReverse + Gentle stir settingspeed soft until thickened. (If using fresh tomatoes cook for 30 minutes at Varoma temperature on Counter-clockwise operationReverse + Gentle stir settingspeed soft or until desired consistency is achieved.)

    4. Add the marinara mix 6 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

    Serve over cooked spaghetti. Garnish with extra parsley.
