- 330 grams onions, brown, Peeled and cut into quarters
- 1000 grams tomatoes, Halved
- 330 grams sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Keens Curry Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Keens mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Corn Flour

Recipe's preparation
Place onion into theremomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.
Add tomatoes, sugar, curry powder, mustard powder, salt, mixed spice, vinegar and corn flour for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Cook for 1 hour at 100c on reverse
"Counter-clockwise operation" and on speed 1.Bottle while hot.
