Ingredients

Condensed Milk Mayo

  • 1 level teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 125ml white vinegar

Recipe's preparation

    Condensed Milk Mayo

  1. Put Condensed milk, mustard and salt into jug and mix for 20 seconds on Sp. 2. Counter-clockwise operation

    Add vinegar and blend for a further 20 seconds on Sp. 2. Counter-clockwise operation

     

    Pour into a container and store in the fridge.

Tip

This mayonnaise will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks.  If it even lasts that long that is tmrc_emoticons.)

    I really love this mayo!  My kids arent the biggest fans but if i reduced the mustard i think they would like it better. Its great in place of store mayo in coleslaw and potato salad. thanks
