Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Toast sesame seeds, 8 min/Varoma/ speed 1
- Place garlic, chickpeas, water, lemon juice, ground cumin and salt into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec/ speed 7.
- Remove measuring cup and blend 30 sec / speed 4. Meanwhile, drizzle extra virgin olive oil through the mixing bowl hole until desired consistency is achieved.
- Place hummus in a bowl drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, dusted with paprika and cumin and scattered with coriander.
Serve with Turkish bread or seeded crackers.
