Creamy Bacon & Pesto Pasta Sauce
- 50 grams parmesan, Cut into 3cm pieces
- 120 g brown onion, Cut into quarters
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 grams bacon, Cut into thin strips
- 150 grams Basil Pesto
- 600 grams pouring (whipping) cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, sea
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 20 grams olive oil
- 120 grams Fresh Baby Spinach
- 120 grams Fresh Baby Spinach

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add Parmesan, insert measuring cup, 10 seconds, speed 10
Transfer to bowl and set aside
Clean and dry mixing bowl
Add onion and garlic, insert measuring cup, 5 seconds speed 5
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add chopped bacon and olive oil
Without measuring cup, 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add cream, pesto, reserved Parmesan, salt and pepper
Insert measuring cup, 6 mins, 80 degrees, speed 2 reverse
Add baby spinach
Insert measuring cup, 2 mins, 80 degrees, speed 2 reverse
Pour sauce over then stir through cooked Pasta or Gnocchi
