Recipe's preparation
Add cauliflower to bowl
speed 5 4 seconds
.Set aside & don't clean your bowl.
add garlic cloves & chop speed 6, 3 seconds. Add oil & saute 5 minues speed 1 varoma temp with the lid off.
add reserved cauliflower stock then water ^ cook for 12 minutes 100degrees speed 2.
add cashews, seasoning, nutmeg & pepper then slowly increase speed from 3 to 9 in 1 minute.
Serve.

I made this last night to have with Corn Meat and vegies done in the slow cooker. My husband usually prefers tomato sauce instead of traditional white sauce. He just loved this recipe, as did the rest of us and not a bottle of tomato sauce to be seen!! Yeay!!!!!
