- 4 cloves galic
- 10 g olive oil
- 30 g vegetable stock
- 500 g water
- 1 pinch nugmeg
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 50 g Cashews

Add cauliflower to bowl speed 5 4 seconds.Set aside & don't clean your bowl.
add garlic cloves & chop speed 6, 3 seconds. Add oil & saute 5 minues speed 1 varoma temp with the lid off.
add reserved cauliflower stock then water ^ cook for 12 minutes 100degrees speed 2.
add cashews, seasoning, nutmeg & pepper then slowly increase speed from 3 to 9 in 1 minute.

I use this on my lasange or as a carbonara sauce
