Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic and onion to Thermomix and chop 6 seconds/speed 6
- Add pork mince, all seasoning and milk. Mix for 10 seconds/Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 3
- Cook 12 minutes/80C/Reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
- Scrape sides with spatula and cook 40 minutes/70C/Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
- Crumble bread in your hand while adding to the bowl. Continue cooking 10 minutes/80C/Reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 this time without measuring cup on.
- Seperare in a few containers and refrigirate for at least 4 hours.
