Sauce

  • 20 g oil
  • 240 g Tomato sauce / ketchup
  • 60 g orange juice
  • 60 g cola
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoons Stock Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place oil, tomato sauce, orange juice, cola & apricot jam in the mixing bowl, and cook 2min/100/Speed 2.


     


     

  2. Add curry powder, cayenne pepper, stock, salt and pepper, and cook 6min/100/Speed 2

Some of the ingredients may seem a little odd, but this tastes almost identical to the sauce I fell in love with at the Chinesischer Turm beer garden in Munich.

Serve over thick grilled sausages & fries, though my favourite combo is bratwurst & seasoned wedges!
