- 800 g tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Spanish onion, Halved
- 3 Red Apples, Halved &amp; Cored
- 150 g raw sugar
- 100 g sultanas
- 150 g white vinegar
- 200 g water
- 1 tsp all spice
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Place Onion & Apples into mixing bowl & chop 5 sec/speed 7.
Add tomatoes & 2sec/turbo 5 times.
Add remaining ingredients & mix 3 sec/speed 4.
Place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid. Cook 30 min/100°C/.
Place into sterilised jars, close jars once relish has cooled.
I make this for my Dad's Birthday every year with the influx of tomatoes from my Pa's garden in Summer
