- 1 clove garlic
- 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
- 20 g olive oil
- 300 g fresh tomatoes, halved
- 80 g red capsicum, roughly chopped
- 1 red or green chili, halved
- 25 g parsley
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
Add garlic and onion to TM bowl. Chop 3 seconds, speed 7.
Add oil. Saute 2 minutes, 100°, speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients. Pulse 2-4 times on TURBO. (to preferred consistency)
Scrape down TM bowl. Cook 10 minutes, VAROMA, speed 1, MC removed and simmering basket ontop.
