Easy Mexican Salsa



1 jar(s)


  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 300 g fresh tomatoes, halved
  • 80 g red capsicum, roughly chopped
  • 1 red or green chili, halved
  • 25 g parsley
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1 tsp salt
  • to taste black pepper

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic and onion to TM bowl. Chop 3 seconds, speed 7.

    Add oil. Saute 2 minutes, 100°, speed 2. 

    Add remaining ingredients. Closed lid Pulse 2-4 times on TURBO. (to preferred consistency)

    Scrape down TM bowl. Cook 10 minutes, VAROMA, speed 1, MC removed and simmering basket ontop.
