- 50 g onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 55 g tahini
- 75 g olive oil

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into bowl. Turn speed selector to 5, increasing to speed 10 gradually for 1 min.
- Transfer into a bowl or 2 jars, drizzle with a little extra olive oil and sprinkle with ground paprika or cumin.

Hi
How long would this humous keep in jars ?
Also, does this blend to a smooth humous ?
I tried making humous (different recipe)in my TM5 and couldn't get it smooth
