- 65 g Cashews
- 35 g macadamias
- 25 g spring onions, (roughly chopped)
- 55 g Celery, (roughly chopped)
- 100 g red capsicum, (roughly chopped)
- 60 g carrots, (roughly chopped)
- 25 g lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small red chilli
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe is created for
Soak nuts in water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Place shallots, celery, red capsicum, and carrots in the TM bowl. Chop for 15 seconds on speed 7. Pour into the TM basket and press down with the MC to strain out any excess liquid.
Place cashews, madadamias, lemon juice, garlic, chilli, turmeric and salt in the TM bowl and blend until smooth, 10 seconds, speed 7.
Return vegetables from the basket to the bowl and mix together 5 seconds on speed 5.
Serve with crackers.
Salt can be reduced according to taste.
