- 80 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch fennel, bulb, stalk and leaves

- 120 g Raw nuts, cashews or walnuts work well

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Roughly chop Parmesan (approximately 3 cm pieces) and chop 10 seconds, speed 9.
2. Roughly chop fennel bulb, stalks and leaves.
3. Add all ingredients and chop for 10 seconds, speed 9.

Tip
You may like to mix for less or more time, depending on your preferred consistency. Delicious with vege sticks, rubbed on pork belly or as a marinade on chicken. Enjoy!
