Berry Jam Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh berries, any in season berries
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds.
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix on Speed 9 until blended.

     

  2. Pour into the jar and place into the fridge overnight.

Tip

The chia seeds create a lovely jelly like texture to the sweet berries and honey. Fresh, easy, and artificial sugar's and pectin free jam!
