- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 red onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 can chopped tomatoes

- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste
- 1.5 teaspoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Recipe's preparation
1. Place all ingredients in to thermomix bowl.
2. Pulse twice on turbo until you have the desired consistancy.

Tip
This is great with so many things - my favourites are with scambled eggs, in a side dish with eggs and bacon, and of course as an accompaniment any mexican style foods.
