Ingredients

1 jar(s)

seasoning

  • 100 grams Garlic.
  • 25 grams onion
  • 25 grams capcisum
  • 25 grams Celery
  • 50-100 grams rock salt

Recipe's preparation

    step one
  1.  1 - add all ingredints to TM bowl speed 10/3-5 sec until all   ingredients combined

  2.  

    2 - Spread thin layer of paste on Thermomat and put in 60ºC oven until dried.  This can be 10 to 24 hours, depending on oven settings and thickness of the spread.  Best that all is dry before placing back in Thermomix.

     

    OR

     

    Dry out in Dehydrator - place paste in dehydrator for about 8-12 hours on 60ºC.  Ensure it is completely dry before placing back in Thermomix.

  3.  

    3 - once fully dried place back into TM bowl and mill speed 10/3-8 sec.
